What you'll do

• Help customers arrange purchase financing and present additional products
• structure deals for profitability and collectability
• maintain knowledge of title laws and registration
• desk deals, submit them to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals
• ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• prepare contracts and paperwork
• audit team deals after sale
• ensure contracts are funded promptly.
