What you'll do

• Perform one or a combination of tasks: remove bones and cut standard meat portions
• sort and wash viscera
• perform assembly-line cuts
• trim head meat or remove animal parts
• saw or split carcasses
• grind meat
• slice steaks
• seal, bag, or box products
• weigh and label boxes
• palletize boxes for inventory or shipping
• remove trimmings and by-products
• clean production areas and equipment using approved sanitation procedures.

Why this role
