Traveling Superintendent

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes
• complete project start-up tasks and develop construction plans and schedules
• monitor progress and costs with the project team
• report job-site progress and maintain logs and photos
• verify drawing measurements and address discrepancies
• lead weekly construction meetings and daily subcontractor coordination
• enforce site safety policies and building regulations.
