The Regional Operations Director, Infusion Centers is an onsite, full-time role supporting IVX Health’s North Jersey market, including centers in Clifton, Paramus, New Providence, Edgewater, and Bridgewater. Compensation is $112,500–$131,250 per year. IVX Health provides infusion and injection therapy for people managing complex chronic conditions. The director leads multi-center operations, develops center teams, and works with clinical and central teams to improve performance and patient experience. The role also supports new center launches and patient-volume growth across the market.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple infusion centers
• support market P&L
• address operational and clinical escalations
• recruit, mentor, and develop center staff
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• partner with central teams to improve processes
• support new center launches
• collaborate on patient census goals and referral relationships
• monitor industry and regulatory developments.
