The RN Supervisor oversees nursing care, staff support, and building operations when administrative leadership is not onsite. The role supports safe, compliant, high-quality resident care through clinical decision-making, effective communication, and nursing-process-based oversight.

What you'll do

• Deliver and maintain resident care and comfort using current nursing practices
• communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families
• ensure quality nursing care is outcome-focused and uses the nursing process
• provide nursing oversight, staff supervision, and decision-making during off-hours building coverage.
