What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• work with clients to prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification
• define project delivery resources
• conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations and recommend resources
• facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
• monitor schedules and resolve or escalate issues
• lead project status meetings
• collaborate on solutions and guide teams through implementation and completion
• coach others and contribute to processes, standards, and operational plans.
