Assistant Studio Manager

What you'll do

• Welcome studio visitors
• present the Orangetheory concept and studio tours
• assist with weekly sales associate schedules
• maintain the front desk and answer phones
• lead operations with the Studio Manager
• guide prospects through their first workout with coaches
• sell memberships and meet personal sales goals
• follow up with prospects
• address member concerns
• participate in marketing and outreach
• help train sales associates
• keep studio areas clean and organized.
