Bilingual Construction Safety Administrative Assistant

The Bilingual Construction Safety Administrative Assistant role is onsite in Saline, MI, in a construction project environment. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. The position supports the Project Safety Manager and Health and Safety team with administrative, documentation, coordination, and communication work. The role helps the site safety team maintain accurate records, meet reporting requirements, and coordinate with project personnel and external contacts. It also supports safety orientations in Spanish by following an established script and helps keep project operations organized.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Project Safety Manager and Health and Safety team
• maintain safety records, project documentation, reports, and training records
• use Microsoft Office and SharePoint to manage documents and track information
• perform filing, data entry, document preparation, correspondence, scheduling, calendar management, and telephone support
• assist with monthly and client reports
• coordinate communication among project teams, site personnel, clients, vendors, and agencies
• assist with site logistics, meetings, travel arrangements, and visitor management
• support safety procedures and project-specific changes
• monitor deadlines and escalate issues
• deliver site safety orientations in Spanish using an established script.
