What you'll do

• Provide daily project updates to the Project Manager
• coordinate materials with shop leaders and order materials when needed
• participate in kickoff meetings
• support shop and yard crews
• prepare and distribute material transfers and manifests
• check assigned yard projects and flag potential delivery problems
• monitor project details against drawings and specifications
• communicate scope and schedule changes to department leaders
• follow HSE policies and safety processes.
