What you'll do

• Operate production CNC lathes, mills, and other dedicated or manual machinery under direct supervision
• interpret blueprints, specifications, and geometric dimensions and tolerances
• verify settings and adjust offsets using precision instruments
• perform machining operations, detect and resolve operating errors, replace worn tools, and complete preventive maintenance
• follow safety and quality procedures
• document production and quality events and communicate shift needs.
