What you'll do

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods for residents, patients, employees, and visitors
• follow menus and recipes
• plan cooking schedules to meet mealtimes
• perform assigned related and cleaning duties
• direct Food and Nutrition Services employees when the Food Service Director and Assistant Food Service Director/Chef Manager are absent.
