What you'll do

• Obtain daily production and preparation requirements from the Chef. Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to approved standards. Stock and replenish deli and cold products
• carry food pans and trays
• store food using wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures. Clean and sanitize counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors. Slice meats and cheeses using knives or slicing equipment, and follow sanitation, ServSafe, safety, inventory, and cash-control procedures.
