What you'll do

• Implement quality programs and evaluate their effectiveness
• collect and analyze data
• develop process-improvement reports and recommendations
• review and update the facility QAPI plan
• manage facility infection control
• provide infection-prevention education
• conduct infection surveillance and monitor trends
• coordinate employee immunizations and TB testing
• audit regulatory compliance
• prepare state reports
• plan and deliver employee education
• coordinate and complete the campus MDS process
• assess residents and document findings
• monitor resident care plans and records
• rotate weekend and weekly on-call responsibilities.
