What you'll do

• Lead payer contract modeling and reimbursement model governance
• remain engaged in complex modeling, financial analysis, and payer negotiation support while mentoring team members
• direct chargemaster development, maintenance, and pricing governance
• partner on price transparency reporting, dashboards, and market intelligence
• oversee pricing and reimbursement data aggregation, validation, and interpretation
• lead analytics staff
• establish standards and controls
• represent Health Plan Relations on integration committees
• lead ad hoc reimbursement analyses and continuous improvement.
