What you'll do

• Coordinate projects from initial review through completion
• maintain project records and communicate with clients and general contractors
• manage schedules and installations
• review scope, contracts, and pricing
• set up projects and coordinate documentation
• prepare and document change orders
• support bids and proposals
• coordinate design, detailing, fabrication, and estimating reviews
• coordinate invoice approvals and AIA billing
• and provide closeout documentation and cost analysis.
