What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers with personalized recommendations
• showcase products and work toward personal and team sales goals
• maintain product knowledge
• restock and organize merchandise
• resolve customer complaints courteously
• process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
• follow cash-handling, loss-prevention, safety, and dress-code procedures
• complete assigned training.
