The Irrigation Crew Lead – Field Operations Coordinator is an onsite, year-round role in Hopkins, MN. Starting pay is $29–$35 per hour, dependent on experience. What you'll do

• Coordinate daily crew schedules, assignments, and routes
• ensure technicians have needed materials, tools, and information
• guide and support technicians
• help troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
• communicate job progress and customer concerns to office staff
• monitor work quality and efficiency
• identify scheduling conflicts and job-site issues
• assist crews in the field when needed
• participate in winter snow removal, including plowing, shoveling, and salt application.
