What you'll do

• Provide hands-on care according to residents' plans of care
• assess resident condition and participate in care-plan development
• provide primary skin care under medical direction
• identify and treat skin disorders, lesions, and pressure ulcers
• perform dressing changes and wound documentation
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• educate residents, families, and staff on skin care and wound-healing support
• assign duties and support staff development
• complete care documentation and MDS charting.

Why this role
