What you'll do

• Manage and litigate motor vehicle accident cases from filing through resolution
• draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs
• prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• coordinate with expert witnesses
• guide clients through litigation and maintain communication
• collaborate with support staff and leadership
• participate in professional development.
