The Cashier role is an onsite, part-time position in Quitman, MS, paying $9–$10 per hour. The role supports store transactions and customer service by accurately scanning purchases, processing payments, handling returns with manager approval, and keeping the register area organized. The cashier may also help stock and sweep or mop as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
• scan items and ensure items are not missed
• process cash, card, and check payments, count change, and provide receipts
• handle returns and exchanges according to store policy with manager approval
• keep the register area clean and organized
• resolve complaints courteously or refer them to a supervisor
• help stock when needed
• sweep and mop as needed.
