Digital Experience Manager

The Digital Experience Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Honolulu, HI, with compensation of $70,000–$80,000 per year. The University of Hawaii FCU aims to provide members financial value, exceptional service, and convenient banking; this role leads its Digital Experience department. The manager owns the digital member journey and channels, developing strategy and overseeing operations, staff, vendors, budgets, performance, and risk. The work is intended to make digital banking reliable, secure, compliant, and easy to use while strengthening member relationships and adoption of the credit union’s products.

What you'll do

• Lead Digital Experience operations and strategy
• develop the annual strategy and roadmap
• manage the department budget and reporting
• oversee online and mobile banking, fraud mitigation, digital service quality, and member journey improvements
• manage and develop staff and vendor relationships
• lead digital banking projects and coordinate with internal departments
• monitor KPIs and ensure compliant operations.
