Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances
• contact customers about past-due invoices
• make collection calls and send follow-up emails
• post payments
• document collection activity
• research billing discrepancies
• coordinate with billing and operations teams
• prepare invoices and statements
• follow up on promised payments
• maintain account records
• assist with aging reports
• and escalate problematic accounts when appropriate.
