What you'll do

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally

• use consultative selling to book appointments and address objections
• pursue booking and call-conversion goals
• use company scripts, sales processes, and CRM systems
• document customer information, appointments, and call outcomes
• make outbound follow-up calls
• review work orders and invoices for accuracy
• collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and other departments.
