Market Field Lead

The Market Field Lead role is a field-based, onsite position in Smyrna, TN, with regular travel by company vehicle to active construction sites in the developing market and periodic travel to other markets as business needs require. Pay is $22 per hour. Onsite Safety works to make construction sites safer through safety solutions that protect workers and support productive jobsites. The lead combines hands-on installation and service with customer relationship development and emerging field leadership. The role helps establish dependable local operations, identify service opportunities, and support market growth in coordination with Field Operations and Business Development.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and remove construction safety systems
• help establish safe and responsive field operations
• build relationships with builders, superintendents, customers, and field partners
• identify customer needs, service opportunities, and market conditions and communicate them to leadership
• support customer introductions and account onboarding
• help onboard, train, and coach technicians
• maintain safety, quality, documentation, and equipment-care standards.
