What you'll do

• Welcome dealership customers
• identify suitable new or pre-owned vehicles
• learn the GMC lineup, features, technology, packages, and incentives
• present and demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• respond to leads and inquiries
• follow up through phone, text, email, and CRM
• build a customer base
• guide customers through vehicle selection, negotiation, financing, and delivery
• maintain CRM records
• participate in training and sales meetings.
