What you'll do

• Greet visitors and assess community fit
• explain lease and community policies
• prepare leasing paperwork and move-in packets
• collect deposits, rent, and other move-in funds
• inspect apartments before move-in and communicate unit status to Maintenance
• maintain current knowledge of pricing and availability
• follow up with prospects and residents
• support marketing, retention, renewals, resident activities, work-order entry, and property appearance.
