Automotive Technician (B-Level)

The B-Level Automotive Technician is an onsite role based in Westminster, MD. Compensation is $110,000–$120,000+ per year, supporting the Caples Car Care team in their mission to provide trusted automotive services to the local community. This role exists to handle diagnostics, drivability concerns, and general repairs to meet high customer demand. The technician contributes to the shop's success by producing consistent billable hours and working collaboratively with the shop foreman.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostics, repair work, drivability troubleshooting, maintenance services, engine, transmission, and differential repairs, and produce 40+ billable hours per week.
