Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review, verify, code, and enter vendor bills
• match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
• process and reconcile payables across four affiliated companies
• schedule and execute check, ACH, and wire disbursements
• respond to vendor questions and resolve billing disputes
• reconcile vendor statements, payables, general ledger, and petty cash
• prepare annual 1099s
• maintain documentation for audits, month-end close, and compliance controls.
