What you'll do

• Track and organize prevailing-wage, union, and regulatory compliance steps
• submit purchase requests and communicate sourcing impacts to the Construction Operations Manager
• issue buyout packages after vendors and pricing are finalized
• coordinate material receiving with logistics
• support accounts payable invoice receipt, posting, and job reconciliation
• track outstanding tasks and due dates
• log and escalate unresolved field or compliance issues
• flag missing time entries and inaccurate job codes
• track vendor certificates and inventory
• file field documentation, including safety reports
• coordinate jobsite signage with site superintendents
• assemble closeout packages
• respond to external communications
• handle confidential data professionally.
