This role supports the maintenance team at Courtyard Terrace & Silver Sage Apartments by ensuring the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. The role exists to maintain the operational excellence of the apartment community by performing cleaning tasks in common areas, models, and vacant units. The Housekeeper contributes to the resident experience by delivering superior service and supporting the maintenance team in property upkeep.

What you'll do

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, models, and vacant units
• inspect common areas
• assist with make-ready tasks
• manage cleaning supply inventory
• complete documentation
• follow safety protocols.
