What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule collections and AR staff
• coach team members and hold weekly one-on-ones
• run daily huddles and worklist reviews
• monitor performance standards
• review collection notes and Oracle entries
• handle first-level customer and team escalations
• identify account coverage gaps
• ensure disputes are logged and routed
• recommend credit holds, payment plans above threshold, write-offs, and third-party placement to the AR Manager
• prepare weekly results and account commentary
• participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• report process and system gaps.
