What you'll do

• Assist existing clients with policy updates, quotes, payments, questions, and documentation
• answer calls and correspondence about new and existing policies and claims, including after-hours claims. Support new business and renewals by gathering information, researching options, presenting coverage, binding policies, and coordinating with carriers. Resolve service issues, review audits and policies for accuracy, maintain interaction records in the agency management system, and collaborate with and mentor team members.
