What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel
• conduct routine and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter
• monitor access and verify credentials as required
• document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to emergency procedures
• prepare reports and communicate relevant information to company leadership and site contacts.
