What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• explain Metropolis parking technology and help with enrollment
• respond to customer questions
• patrol assigned parking areas and identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization
• issue and document violations according to company policies
• maintain cleanliness
• report debris, spills, hazards, and maintenance issues
• sweep floors, collect trash, and empty receptacles
• perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
