What you'll do

• Lead operational support and service delivery for customer environments
• serve as the primary contact for customer technical teams
• facilitate technical discussions, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution
• manage critical incidents and escalations through resolution
• coordinate software upgrades and releases
• review customer infrastructure and recommend performance, reliability, availability, and scalability improvements
• prepare service reports, KPI dashboards, and operational metrics
• coordinate on-call support for critical and business-sensitive incidents.
