What you'll do

• Assess patients and identify nursing needs
• apply evidence-based nursing practices
• screen and triage by telephone, secure messaging, or face-to-face encounters
• document patient disposition
• assist providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures
• educate patients and families
• coordinate care
• maintain electronic records and treatment documentation
• follow nursing, infection-control, patient-safety, HIPAA, and facility policies
• participate in training and quality improvement
• maintain clinical equipment and supplies.

Benefits & perks

Why this role

Full-time, up to 40 hours per week, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts that may vary across a 24-hour period. Requires an active unrestricted RN license, BLS, at least three years of full-time nursing experience, and U.S. citizenship. Weekdays, weekends, and federal holidays may be scheduled.
