Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient Pharmacy - Newark, DE. This is a full-time flex position (72 hours biweekly) with day/evening shifts and every 4th weekend requirement. The hourly pay range is $58.26 - $93.22. ChristianaCare is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join their Inpatient Pharmacy team, offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

What you'll do

• Participates in direct patient care through daily interdisciplinary rounds.
• Manages specific medication therapies.
• Evaluates drug efficacy and monitors therapeutic goals.
• Orders and evaluates laboratory tests.
• Identifies opportunities for counseling and medication history completion.
• Communicates recommendations to providers.
• Electronically documents interventions.
• Serves as a preceptor for students and residents.
• Provides drug information.
• Assists with MUEs and performance improvement activities.
• Reviews and interprets provider orders.
• Coordinates and supervises work-place activities.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy

Experience

ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care)
