What you'll do

• Oversee multiple projects or a single large-scale, complex project from pursuit through completion.
• Lead preconstruction planning, including budgets, schedules, logistics, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and schedules.
• Lead the negotiation, issuance, and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Mentor and develop project staff.
