The Member Relationship Specialist – Factory role is onsite in Watertown, NY; a hybrid work environment may be available after new account certification. Pay is $20.03–$25.34 per hour. The specialist builds member relationships through needs-based conversations, account services, and financial transactions. By providing trusted guidance, maintaining accurate records, and explaining service channels, the role supports member goals and the credit union’s service and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and visitors
• identify needs through active listening and open-ended questions
• complete account opening and maintenance documentation
• perform transactions and service requests
• explain credit union products and services
• make follow-up calls
• maintain member records in CRM 360
• refer members to appropriate teams
• support opening and closing procedures, ATM cash replenishment, balancing, audits, and fraud reporting
• maintain confidentiality.

Why this role
