What you'll do
- Maintain IronPro agreements using Salesforce and Dealer Business System
- track customer advance payments in an accrual account system
- manage interval billing and contract renewals
- coordinate maintenance of out-of-territory machines with other dealers
- manage Method of Procedures through drafting, review, revision, and publication
- open and close work orders
- issue and receive purchase orders
- maintain paperwork
- support customer relations and complete monthly commissions for CT and PM accounts.
