What you'll do

• Provide direction and feedback to workers
• assign duties
• train and coach employees
• check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• ensure health and safety standards
• address customer and employee complaints
• set targets, delegate tasks, follow up, and report to the Assistant or General Manager
• complete daily food-safety checks and monitor food handling
• maintain uniform standards.
