The ambassador builds community and member engagement through events and communications. The role coordinates outreach and member events, schedules newsletters and email or text communications, and supports social media activity across the clubs.

What you'll do

• Find and coordinate outreach events
• arrange event equipment and staffing
• track outreach leads and event results
• support member-event planning and promotion
• track attendance and ensure event photos are shared
• collect newsletter content
• schedule email and text communications
• schedule social media posts and support club content creation
• monitor posts to protect the brand
• coordinate with regional and club managers and the marketing team.
