What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across two clinics
• manage front-desk workflows, scheduling, patient flow, and staff coverage
• lead staff check-ins, meetings, training, and performance management
• improve SOPs and workflows
• execute advertising, promotions, and local marketing
• monitor leads, appointments, retention, and operational metrics
• coordinate campaigns with ownership and vendors.
