What you'll do

• Lead multiple concurrent construction projects
• manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, change management, and monthly reporting
• coordinate owners, design partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• oversee scheduling, procurement, risk management, contract administration, and project controls
• maintain customer relationships
• mentor developing team members
• maintain a regular presence at project sites throughout Western Wisconsin and the Minneapolis region.
