Commercial Property Manager, Retail

The Commercial Property Manager, Retail role is onsite in Kirkland, WA, with compensation of $85,000–$110,000 per year plus discretionary bonus potential. The role oversees three Class A retail properties totaling approximately 370,000 square feet for a boutique, privately owned real estate firm. The manager handles day-to-day portfolio operations across administration, financial oversight, tenant relations, leasing, marketing, and maintenance coordination. The position supports the ongoing management of existing retail properties, with travel to California approximately once or twice a year.

What you'll do

• Address tenant concerns and coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• support lease administration and documentation
• inspect properties and oversee vendors, contracts, bids, and vendor selection
• prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations
• manage rent collection, tenant billings, expense reconciliations, and invoice coding
• coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects
• work with brokers on occupancy and marketing
• maintain lease and construction files, prepare lease abstracts, and update Yardi systems.
