What you'll do

• Monitor cameras, video alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms
• answer routine and emergency calls
• dispatch security and emergency personnel as required
• maintain communication and incident records
• review video and report findings
• document incidents and escalate as appropriate
• check system functionality and report deficiencies
• monitor weather and nearby emergencies
• conduct alarm testing and remote audits
• maintain logs and reports.
