The School-Age Childcare Lead — Before & After School role is onsite at Bethel Elementary School in Bethel, PA. Pay is $16.00 per hour, and the part-time schedule follows the school calendar, with morning hours of 7:00–8:35 AM and afternoon hours of 3:20–6:30 PM; either program or both may be available. Healthy Kids Programs provides before- and after-school and summer programs, with a mission to make childcare accessible and affordable. The role helps provide a safe, structured, engaging environment for school-age children while supporting their learning and development. The lead facilitates curriculum-based activities and homework completion, models positive behavior, and follows state, program, and host-school policies; some positions may also handle attendance, registration, and staffing.

What you'll do

• Facilitate hands-on fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities, including homework completion
• provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model
• follow state guidelines and program and host-school policies. Certain positions may also perform attendance, registration, and staffing functions.
