What you'll do

• Obtain city, health, and alcohol permits
• coordinate event layouts and traffic plans
• schedule and facilitate dealership events
• maintain event calendars
• take event photos and update social media during events
• serve as a contact for advertisers and onsite visitors
• track expenditures and revenues
• maintain promotional materials and event entries
• update staff on events and promotions
• compose and edit promotional materials
• coordinate staffing and crews, including setup and breakdown
• assist customers and staff
• coordinate catering and meeting materials.
