Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine commercial and residential building maintenance tasks related to carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and grounds maintenance. The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt hourly position
