What you'll do

• Supervise construction sites and serve as the site-based senior leader
• act as the on-site contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• lead safety and quality practices
• understand contract scope and identify field-initiated changes
• support productivity and project cost goals
• provide craft knowledge in welding, structural erection, tank repair, construction, or rigging
• train and evaluate field employees
• maintain tools and equipment
• complete time sheets, audits, inspections, and project paperwork
• communicate schedule issues and potential problems to project management.
